Agree. There are some rumblings that the govt will re-institute (or allow)
physician owned hospitals again, which similar to the OK institute can create more options and likely can do so with more efficient and transparent care.

There also might be a crackdown on private equity which everyone is cheering for.. but all that likely will result in is more power to hospitals and insurance companies. At least with PE you have a third option at times.

And no doubt, direct primary care is the best current answer for primary care right now.

And even though I think IHC is fairly evil at its core, I've found the evil at a place like HCA or the other for-profit conglomerates is on a whole different scale.
