My wife doesn't work. She usually making dinner around that time

and takes kids to practices (we llive close to everyting). Takes about 5-10 minutes. Finishes dinner. I clean up after dinner then go pick kids up. That's also why I only work out 3-4 times a week. Sometimes there's just no time. I just try to eat healthy and not kill myself over missing a day or two

I work out during my lunch break. Mon-Thurs my kids usually do post dinner clean up.

For me, working out is a non-negotiable. I do it at lunch now, but in the past I’ve done it at 5:30a or 8:30p
