We taught them to bike to their own lessons/activities. We do try to go to their concerts, but don't make all their games. For younger kids that can't bike, I'm usually running around the field where they're practicing, and doing push-ups in the shade. I've learned to just take advantage of the changes I get, even if they aren't perfect ones, to exercise.
