I felt like I was too busy too. Now I work out 25 min 3-4 times a week at home

when I get home at 5:30pm. I do weights and cardio. I'm done by 6:00pm and can help out with almost everything. My wife usually does make dinner which is a lifesaver. I also eat pretty cleanly. I was never willing to wake up early, and I don't want to work out late at night because then I can't sleep, but 25 min at 5:30 has been perfect.

I've been doing it for about 4 years and can easily maintain it because I'm not committing too many hours. My son plays travel baseball, my daughter plays softball, and my other daughter does cheer and basektball so we are also crazy busy but I've been able to maintain pretty easily. I'm 38, 5'10" 163. Same weight for 4 years.
