lessons, concerts, sports practices, games, graduations, church activities etc is remarkable. Add to that LDS people that have demanding callings and I'm amazed at some of you guys. I do a lot of cardio, but I would have to eat super clean and probably workout 6 times a week to actually be in "good" shape. I don't think I have that kind of energy. I need my 3 mornings a week where I don't wake up early to exercise. Exercising after work would be a non-starter, no way I could leave my wife to do all the cooking and bedtime stuff.
