That is the beauty of consistent exercise though - it gives you more energy.
but gotta make it a priority and be consistent. I have no doubt that the 2 "magic pills" for life (especially age 40+) are consistent exercise (6 days a week with 1 active rest day) and consistent sleep (7+ hours daily).
