Kalani is not a great leader of leaders. Not really even good at it. I love most other things about him. Great dude
But not the guy you want as CEO of your favorite college football team.
Adjustments won’t be diagnosed and fixed in a timely matter
Long leashes will be given that will hold back accountability and growth
And the little things like not having the proper footwear for not only warm ups but 1st quarter.. then second quarter…and astoundingly into the second half.
