Across the NCAA, baseball is the fourth-highest revenue generating sport behind
football, basketball, and hockey. Hockey, of course, is very regional and isn't feasible at most schools, so its numbers have to be taken with a grain of salt.
Last I checked, baseball brought in north of a million dollars annually on average. Several big baseball schools generate multi-millions in revenue annually.
