Two bad ankles, can't walk, can't run, arthritis eliminates regular biking...
can no longer play basketball..hate swimming...really struggling right now to find something I can do.
I have a trike I ride every couple of weeks and need to get back to 3x a week, but you don't really sweat or get a ton of exercise riding a trike.
Gets depressing.

I haven't excised since pre-covid. I play golf for sanity reasons. I'd much rather golf than be in the gym.

You should add sex here. A healthy sex life is part of a good weight control plan. Lots of positive health benefits.
