there will be many a dissapointed recruits that won't see their dreams realized! And there will be many that will transfer when real life happens and they don't achieve the success they were promised. Getting a big ego too fast can lead to deflated dissapointment.

On the otherhand a level headed talented kid with a focus, determination, direction, and excellent coaching will succeed more often. Those are the kids I like to watch.
