The reason it is a bad deal is you have completely sold out your future. If you win a couple titles now, maybe you sit back and say it was worth it.
But (my opinion) the Nuggets are still fundamentally a better team right now. You didn’t need more scoring to get past the Joker. I really don’t think you are building a team that will win in this window right now.
