It’s a good trade. CP is not gonna help with the offense they prefer to run with
KD and Booker. Shammut is addition by subtraction. Beal is going to be a lot more efficient playing with Booker and KD. Also, this gives Booker a chance to take over the offense, which he was awesome at with KD last year. Both KD and Beal are very good off ball players and will compliment on ball Booker well
Yeah, it would be nice to have great role guys and glue guys but they don’t have time to develop that. Once they got KD it became win now.
Overall it’s a good trade. Neal’s contract is terrible and they will eventually have to live with that, but next year and the year after, it’s a good trade
