Never eating breakfast only lunch and dinner, it didn’t work for me. The fasting that worked for me is the 5-2 way. 5 days normal eating, just limiting carbs limiting fast food and sugars. And then 2 days a week fasting the entire day, less than 500 calories. Lost 90lbs in a year and have kept it off without having to do the fasting but now just need to get back on it again so I can drop another 50 and be where I want to be
