been fantastic. So I don't mind what they have done building around her. But Rose did feel forced to me. And I hate to get all racial but I think her being Asian had a lot to do with her inclusion in the film. It feels like someone sat in a boardroom and said we need a black guy, an Asian girl and a girl protagonist and we need to have a tortured adult male. Its the way the world is. Someone somewhere probably held a parade for those things. And I 100 percent agree on Admiral Holdo. And I hate to admit it but I almost felt like they were going to kind of insinuate that Leia and her were some sort of item. I wasn't the only one to get that vibe but I obviously cant prove that's what was going on nor do I really care. But she did nothing for me. Leias adult character didn't really add much for me as a compelling character either. But Rey has been fantastic and I feel my enjoyment of these last two films has had a lot to do with not finding her annoying and awful. In my opinion shes one of the top acting talents in the entire series. So kudos to them for the casting of Rey. But I'm kind of glad theres not going to be able to be a leia centric film that stars an older Carrie Fischer. My hope for the next film is that they somehow resurrect Luke and resolve the Rey Kylo saga in an interesting way and that they do something compelling with fin which they almost did in the last jedi but I think it obviously got interfered with by Rose. I don't really care about poe at this point.
