with episodes 1-3 i will be fine.

I don't think i felt like carrie fishers presence in any of these movies made a huge difference for me. I think Harrison Ford was the true star of the franchise. Luke skywalkers character was the most important character of the franchise. Some people didn't like what they did with his character... I was surprised but i wasn't going to sit around and cry about it like many people did. I thought it was interesting and i thought it made for a cool final scene. But carrie fisher i can take or leave i dont think she held the key for me.
