Big catch though is that recruiting success depends a lot on winning. I think

this staff will be great at recruiting and there is a lot excitement right now. But what if they lose for a few seasons? Will they still pull them in? The scheme and actual coaching needs to be sufficient to get enough wins to keep the recruiting going.
