Been a few project guys he's offered and that's where development comes into play. The BYU's, Utah's, Boise's, etc of the world aren't getting those nationally top guys to fill their classes, so development is important. It's not like some of these kids who can come in and be great immediately regardless of who the coach is.
That being said, it's about that eye for talent regardless of how it is rated. You don't have to have class rankings soar like some of CB thinks. There's lots you can do in recruiting and I agree that Sitake appears to be doing it. And I think there will be less of the "offering a kid who belongs in the Big Sky because he's fabulous in church." I know, that's over exaggerated, but we all know what I'm saying.
