If you don't like something so much that you constantly complain about it,

then you need to do something about it, so that those of us who aren't complaining can live out our lives in peace.

If you are complaining about your job all the time, then get a new one.
If you are complaining about the cold weather, then move to a warmer location.
If you are complaining about Comcast, then get Dish or DirecTV.

If you are complaining about Utah, then just leave. (Since you probably aren't going to be able to change it. If you CAN change something so you stop complaining, then by all means, stay. I really don't care. I just don't want to hear all the complaining. It makes no sense.)
