Good reason to believe that with three weeks off he was in better shape than he was against ASU and Kansas, but we don't know that he was "fully healthy."
But yeah, he made two VERY bad choices against Colorado, and there's no reason to think that either had to do with injury. But we still scored the second most points put up against Colorado this year (the first being one point more, Kansas with 37) in spite of a dropped TD pass and an egregious INT on a trick play for the backup QB.
