This would be my choice. New press box, upper deck, club level, boxes,

concourses with a view of the field. The could use the remaining 3 stands during construction and the move on to the opposite sideline when construction is nearing completion on the first sideline.

Of course this all assumes that it would be cost effective to build on the same site.
