One of the biggest frustrations has been recruiting.

Recruiting is one of the biggest issues. He was touted as this excellent recruiter that would land all of the Polynesian high-end recruits and reestablish the Polynesian pipeline. Maybe expectations were set too high, but recruiting Has been a disappointment. Very little big 12 bump.
