those are the long term consequences. This is a short term move.
Beal is only 29 though, so while he’s not going to be worth his contract, he still should remain a good player throughout the duration of it.
And I don’t have any concerns about playing Beal and Booker together. Book moved more on ball this year(especially in the playoffs) and I think he’ll do just fine if he’s our pg.
