I wonder how many of those co-workers and employers will be at your bedside when

your time has come to pass on. If they are, I am sure that they will tell you how very thankful they are for the 12 weeks you could have taken leave to be with your newborn and wife, but instead chose to make sure that they were not overburdened with your workload.
