Great use of a strawman argument. I said, it isn't much more than 6 games per year. This is accurate. The stadium is regularly being update and improved.

You said "sick stadium". I commented there is no ROI for that level of investment. NFL stadiums and many? most? CFB stadiums are used for all kinds of events. BYU has opted out of pretty much all events in LES for whatever reason. BYU will rebuild the stadium at some point, because they will have to. They may rebuild in place in stages. Rebuild the west first would seem most likely and would accomplish much of what everyone thinks will modernize LES, if rebuild in place is what is chosen. Probably will not be a billion dollar stadium at any point, unless BYU expands the ways LES is used, but it will continue to improve. As it has been improved each year recently.
