At some point, this type of discussion always has to come down to that.

When people are unsatisfied with an organization they are a part of, they should have the ability to communicate with leadership their dissatisfaction.

Leadership will consider and make a decision, but ultimately they will have to draw a line somewhere and eventually it comes down to "take it or leave it."
