as it at least provided another option from being employed by hospitals or being employed by the insurance companies themselves.
I thought potentially they could streamline things and actually focus on growth which actually can benefit patients (better patient access, better experience to capture market, etc) and benefit me where I could bonus if I was willing to work hard (my salary is capped).
All of this is beyond me but it's seems like they realized they can't grow and make money in medicine so the only way for them to get theirs before they turn over is to cut operation costs (support staff the main thing).
But no doubt the #1 issue imo for the current mess of healthcare was the death of private practice over the last 10 years driven by govt/CMS/obama care in conjuction with the hospitals/insurance companies. There's no way out at this point.
