If they are gone for activities, I help my wife with clean up. I do more of the clean up on the weekends with them helping as needed. I would not consider myself to be in great shape, but I am in decent shape and I'm pretty happy with where I am, though I would like to be about 10 lbs lighter. If I were to cut more of the junk out of my diet, I'd probably get there. Maybe someday I'll do that.
