I can't imagine life without exercise.
That's what I dislike about golf, the requirement to ride a cart.
We have one course in Vegas, where we did a run the course tournament. That was fun.

I haven't excised since pre-covid. I play golf for sanity reasons. I'd much rather golf than be in the gym.

You should add sex here. A healthy sex life is part of a good weight control plan. Lots of positive health benefits.
