The only way this deal works is if they get a bunch of studs on minimums
And buyouts. They need a supporting cast that can play defense, rebound, move the ball, etc. IMO it is unlikely they will get those kind of players. Offensively the team should be great.
Ultimately I think Suns fans will look back at the KD trade and think it was a mistake. The cost for that deal was way too high. IMO they should have kept the guys they traded and used the picks to add one more piece.
If they would have done that there would have been no need for a desperation trade like the Beal deal and arguably they would be a better overall team.
