JohnnyComeLately Make The Rez Great Again
Yeah I’ve shared it on here a couple times.
For breakfast I have a protein shake. Lunch I have a salad or another shake. Dinner whatever my wife makes.

I workout 6 days a week. An hour a day.

And I drink a lot of water, avoid drinking soda or juice and take a daily probiotic.

I also drink a pre workout before I workout.

Went from 225 to 195 in 3 months.
