Nice job...
You look like you have done this before.

Often times the Queen is not in the swarm , so you have check real close.

If not you have about 30 days before you lose the Hive. What I do if there is no Queen , is take one of my established hives and remove one of the trays that has eggs on them , and put it with the new hive. It takes about 30 days for the new hive to take one of those eggs to matureity and turn it into a Queen.
