Berries, Avocados, cruciferous vegetables (I know),
apples, pears, banans, almonds and other healthy nuts, bell peppers, carrots and I like seedless cucumbers and salad so I always try to start dinner with that. Homemade olive oil dressing. The store bought dressings are reall bad for us with all the sugar and seed oils. Seed oils by the way are more horrible for us than I ever thought if you want to look into it.
Quinoa, brown rice instead of white. No brussel sprouts or cabbage, I can't do it.
I am not perfect but try to get rid of the bad carbs and sugars.
