I've been there before, here is what you do...

I went out of town to run a marathon on her birthday and I made a shirt that said, "Happy Birthday" with her name and recorded me running by crowds shouting Happy Birthday to her by name. She loved it.

So make a sign that says Happy Anniversary with her name and record a first person perspective video throughout the experience while holding the sign and pointing at it for people to read on camera. She will love all of the people wishing her a happy anniversary.ary
