At this point in time I 100% agree with you. But I wonder to myself, if we got rid of ejections, would intentional targeting hits return to be a regular part of the game? Here's another question: Would it be better to force a player to sit out because of a targeting call, or force them to sit out because of concussion protocols? We may have to trade one for the other.

I think 15 yards is sufficient in most cases, but the refs should have discretion to eject a player
