Texas was flagged for 10 penalties to ASU's 6, and by my read ASU was never flagged for holding in spite of their mobile QB who regularly broke contain and used his legs to extend plays.

Even the broadcasters felt like the defensive holding penalty that gave ASU another try at their 2-pt conversion was a little suspect, and I'm sure Texas fans were fuming about the PI call that gave ASU a 1st and goal from the TX 2 on the same drive.

And, of course, Texas fans feel like a very similar targeting call was missed against ASU just a few minutes before the controversial no-call when Texas was playing defense.
