Then when we get a new guy who isn't just phoning it in, those that were phoning in their job on the field were left out or were honestly told you might want to transfer.

That is always going to happen when you have those situations, and I do feel bad for the players. I wish they had let players transfer when a coach left before the whole open transfer. I also wish they would change some of the transfer rules. I think staying through adversity at times can be good for some of these kids.

Bummer that this happened because we kept a coach around who was best buddies with the HC but everyone else could see needed to go.
