That is covered in the podcast. Car was searched without consent,
empty alcohol bottle was in the trunk, and no field sobriety tests were performed. No mention of a THC pen. He was arrested and when tested at the station, no alcohol or anything else was in his system. Evidently one of the deputies was fired and the other was transfered to another jurisdiction.
