Normally I'd agree, but I can only imagine the property tax owed on resorts...
...I can see how prices would be high. Also considering the insurance they'd have to pay for running a business where liabilities are potentially really high. I don't think the human cost would be high, but I can see how things are priced to that level.

Destroyed it, it's overcrowded, lodges are filled with trash because they don't staff appropriately, they don't fix up
