Overcommercialized resorts. Monopolies. Raised prices significantly.
Killed the unique resort vibes. They don't give resort workers raises in proportion to their own ever-increasing profit margin. You end up paying more for less.

Destroyed it, it's overcrowded, lodges are filled with trash because they don't staff appropriately, they don't fix up
