Uh, yes, especially when they are still trying to win as was the case late in
BYU-ASU game. Where in the world are you guys coming up with this stuff?
If it's still a 1 score game and the team in the lead is trying to kill the clock, I fully expect and hope any d-line would be blowing up the o-line in an attempt to cause a fumble. And they usually are.
