All cities should enact a reasonable buffer zone around college campuses and
sports venues where, if you choose to live there b/c of all the benefits of living adjacent to the campus/stadium, you forfeit the right to enforce noise rights against the university. It’s unreasonable to want to benefit from the college campus environment on the one hand and then, on the other hand, try to suppress the sound of events that actually create that very campus environment.

Correct. There is a current restriction in place (at least according to CB) that limits the speaker output in one of

We want that exemption passed. Locals should not fight it. The exemption allows it to get as loud as we want
