Correct. There is a current restriction in place (at least according to CB) that limits the speaker output in one of
end zones (and possibly the entire stadium as a whole). The tweet says the south end zone is currently restricted. That doesn't make sense to me because the north end zone is the end of the stadium that is near a residential neighborhood. The south end is across the street from the track and baseball field complex

We want that exemption passed. Locals should not fight it. The exemption allows it to get as loud as we want
