Maybe at points during the season, but play calls last night were well scripted, just sadly the execution was bad on
a few. The first deep pattern by Marion was wide open. The option pass to TE was wide open. The Bohannon pass that was interception was clearly open, just behind. Jake's interception in end zone was also behind the WR, or would have been a TD. That's 4 TD's that were well designed, but poorly executed.
ARod caught Colorado totally off guard on those plays. He mixed in some creative running plays very well, and our run game was effective.
ARod has had some bad games of play calls. Last night was not one of them. To call his play calls mediocre last night is just not accurate. In some cases maybe too aggressive, but not even close to mediocre
