I work out frequently. I’m on my 50s as well. I do gym stuff. I make sure
There are adequate intervals to be sure that aching is minimized. You’re doing a lot and the wears and tears probably needs to be treated more gingerly.

I lift weights frequently. I change up what I need to and the pace allows for rest in between.

Finally I do low impact cardio like stairclimber etc.

Also stay thin. Makes a lot of difference. I’m sure your are based on your schedule.
