It’s a loose plan, but I like to focus on my hamstrings first because it also
stretches my lower back a bit, then I do my back and finally my hips. Bonoman’s suggestion is a good one because you can find pretty specific stretches to what you need with a bit of searching.
For hamstrings: I do this one with both legs extended as well as standing.
Hips: I’m convinced that these are the stretches that make me feel the best. I mostly do the second and third stretch (the third one is the best for me) and occasionally the first one.
