I’ve found my body is quite sensitive to sugar and carbs. I’ve never managed to kick them but I have noticed that if I
go just 24 hours or so with minimal sugar and carbs — then my joints, specifically my knees are far less achey, my back is less stiff and I just feel better overall.

One of these days I need to find the discipline to move to a mostly meat and fruit diet. I know a guy who did this around a year ago and he swears by it.
