Need to add some sort of flexibility training to your routine. Be it stretching, tai chi, yoga in some form, platies or whatever else you come across that works for you.
Doing flexibility training once or twice a week would make a difference, three times a week would make a huge difference, doing something for flexibility daily would change everything.
The best recommendation is to spend 15 min per day focused on flexibility. You do that and you'll be golden.
