I may be heartless but I first misread as prosthetic arm and think it ridiculous
that a prosthetic arm wouldn’t be covered.
But a bionic arm? Very very cool, and maybe not as cutting edge as I think, but I wouldn’t expect insurance to cover something viewed as an “upgrade” to the base model insurance will cover.
