There isn't anything we pay for, for which we can expect anything in return when it comes to health. We just give and give and they take and take. That's what I've come to learn through personal experience as well.

I don't mind at all if that $ goes to buy a girl an arm. That's what I want it to be used for. But it isn't used for that. Instead, my money has almost entirely gone to line the pockets of supremely wealthy executives who refuse to give a girl an arm.
