In recruiting, 2 points is actually significant due to scarcity of higher
…level recruits.
For example there are only 35 players in an entire recruiting class that are 5* (rated 98 or above)
There are approx 400 4* players (rated from 90-97
There are approx 550 “high” 3* players rated 86.5-89
In short, an 85 is considered avg while near 87 is considered a high 3*
